The Accident Prevention Workshop was developed by Empire Safety Council,
approved by the Department of Motor Vehicles and recognized by all New York
State Insurance Companies. Principal vehicle operators who complete this
course will receive a 10% reduction on the liability, no fault, and
collision insurance premiums for three years.
All drivers who complete this course may also reduce
up to four points from their driving record every 18 months. The course is
given in two separate sessions over a two day period, or a one day class on
Saturday.
